Struggling with ongoing digestive symptoms that don’t seem to improve?
You may be experiencing persistent bloating, abdominal discomfort, constipation, diarrhoea, or a combination of symptoms that feel unpredictable and difficult to manage.
Many people I work with have often been told their symptoms are “just IBS”, yet continue to feel frustrated, restricted and unsure what to eat. You may find yourself avoiding certain foods, overthinking meals, or constantly trying different approaches without clear results.
Digestive symptoms can impact far more than just your gut, affecting your confidence, energy levels, social life and overall quality of life.
If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone, and a structured, specialist approach can help you regain control.
How I Can Help
I provide a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to digestive health, focusing not only on symptom reduction but also on improving your confidence and long-term relationship with food.
Rather than removing large groups of foods unnecessarily, I take a structured approach to identify your individual triggers, improve tolerance and support your gut function.
Support includes:
- Identifying and managing triggers for IBS and functional gut disorders
- Structured low FODMAP support (where appropriate, with careful reintroduction)
- Managing bloating, abdominal pain and bowel irregularity
- Supporting complex presentations such as SIBO, gastroparesis and post-surgical symptoms
- Addressing nutritional deficiencies and ensuring dietary adequacy
- Supporting individuals with coeliac disease and inflammatory bowel disease
- Improving confidence with eating and reducing food-related anxiety
What to Expect From Your Consultation
Your consultation is designed to provide a thorough and structured assessment of your symptoms and nutritional intake.
We will take the time to explore:
From this, I will develop a personalised and realistic plan tailored to your individual needs — with a focus on both symptom relief and long-term sustainability.
A Structured Approach to Your Care
Digestive conditions are rarely resolved in a single session. A structured, step-by-step approach allows us to properly assess, intervene and review your response.
Session 1 – Comprehensive Assessment & Initial Plan
We build a clear understanding of your symptoms and diet.
You will receive a tailored plan, which may include targeted dietary strategies such as a structured low FODMAP approach if clinically appropriate.
Session 2 – Review, Adjustment & Trigger Identification
We assess your progress and refine your approach.
This stage focuses on identifying individual triggers, improving tolerance and ensuring your diet remains nutritionally balanced.
Session 3 – Consolidation & Long-Term Strategy
We move towards expanding your diet, improving flexibility and building a sustainable, long-term approach without unnecessary restriction.
Where appropriate, I will liaise with your GP or consultant to ensure a coordinated approach to your care.
Investment
Due to the complexity of digestive conditions, meaningful and lasting improvement typically requires ongoing support rather than a single consultation.
A course of sessions is recommended to allow for full assessment, intervention and follow-up, ensuring you feel confident managing your symptoms long-term.
